see the difference
compared to areas where there are few or no houses, the sea in areas where there are lots of houses usually turns black and produces a foul odor, something like a pool of garbages wherein trashes seem to pile up and get stocked. yet it continously happen due to undisciplined acts by citizens living near it.

First off PEE ewww. Ugh thats disgusting and I can’t believe these people don’t even want to do anything about this odor. Harsh rules need to be inplaced. I think a great way for people to realize this is if there was a meeting held for all residents in that area. They need samples of the garbage that land in their doorsteps. I think the only way some actions can be made if the residents get disgusted by this.

The local administration must wake up, Don’t they get the bad odor, don’t they see the black soots depositing on house walls?
They happen to be our fathers and what’s wrong with them!! Why don’t they care for their children? Why don’t they care for the surroundings? Is it that they only care for money? For their negligence why must the children pay?
