As to my pre-research about Omega-3 fatty acid,it is an essential fatty acid that functions in Prostaglandin Cascade.Prostaglandin is a hormone-like substance that functions in an intracellular activities. In addition to this,it has something to do with heart and muscle contraction taking place in our body.
