Previous Activities:
= Fluvial Parade- 50 Motorized boats from different barangays join
the Sea Parade from Toril Fishport to Sta.Ana Wharfin the
Celebration of Month of the Ocean. The DENR together with BFAR is
spearheading activities to encourage public support and cooperation
in the management of resources. = 24 barangay pleadge to clean up seashores- Davao City signified their
intention to conduct continuing clean-up of their costal areas. Recently
the SCUBASURERO group conducted a massive clean-up of the Davao Gulf as
part of month-long celebration. = Info-Caravan- Social Orientation also made sorties to various sitios and
barangays in the city of Davao to disseminate relevant information in the
preservation of corals,hygiene and sanitation and fight against illegal fishing.
