Hello Kitty! Great job on the webpage!! I'd like to talk to you about Puerto Rico, they appartently have developed, but have not been able to implement a plan for their island. The governor has not approved a plan that was submitted to him a year or 2 ago. My general impression was that he is more concerned with economic development. I printed off this whole website to read to learn about what you've done.
