This year's ICC seemed to be "silent" compared to the previous events. I am wondering if this means the campaign is beginning to slow down.
But I know somebody, a diver, who told me they do not want to take part in the ICC anymore.
His reason: he doubts its effectivity. He cited specifically the underwater clean up with divers, some who might be careless, doing more damage than good.
On another matter, after experiencing this fish kill in Toledo and Balamban, does CRMP have any stand on that? Thanks. Liberty
