BLAST FISHING in the Philippines in 1990s

I'm looking for any documentation about blast fishing
in the Philippines from 1990 to present. If you know
of any website or someone who keeps track blast fishing activities please let me know. The information will be used for our conservation efforts.

I'm working under a new project: Silliman University - Angelo King Center for Research and Environmental Management headed by Dr. Angel Alcala (who voluntarily offered his services for free).
